Slept through dinner.

Was kept busy most of the day after finishing the nightshift Wednesday morning.

So burgers it is.

Double cheese burgers, pickled gherkin, sriracha sauce on brioche buns, with mini has browns and pickles.

Never heard of them. What are they?

Looks like potato cubes or balls with minced beef, peppers, tomatoes, red onions and a little cheese.

I take it the beef mince is a Mexican style sauce.

I would do onion rings in the burger but not sure about hash browns.

I think there is a maximum depth a burger can be before it becomes a mission to unlock your jaw or you bite into it and it tries to fall out the back.
